Before the session, I will schedule a consultation call with you. During this conversation, you'll discuss your health history, current physical, mental, or emotional issues, and the goals you hope to achieve through Reiki. Remember, transparency and openness are critical to setting the right intention for the healing process.
Step 2: Comfort and Relaxation: Creating Your Healing Space
Once the preliminary conversation concludes, the next step is to prepare for the session. Find a quiet, comfortable space in your home where you can lie down or sit without disturbances. This could be your bed, a sofa, or a yoga mat. A light blanket may add to your comfort, as some people experience slight temperature changes during the session. Whether you prefer a background of calming music or absolute silence, ensure your environment promotes relaxation and tranquility. These elements contribute to creating a 'healing space,' crucial to maximizing the benefits of the session.
Step 3:The Healing Session
During the session, close your eyes, breathe deeply, and open your mind and heart to the incoming energy and allow it to work its magic. It's not uncommon for recipients to fall asleep during the session – a testament to the deep relaxation it induces. Sleep or no sleep, the energy healing continues to work effectively. Throughout the session, you can decide to remain connected with me via a video or audio call, ensuring you can interact if necessary.
